Splicer Bank - Wiring

This page describes the wiring of three splicers combined together that are wired to distribute power from the battery to the ROVERHAT-PCB.

  1. Combine three 1 in 2 out splicers.

Three 1 in 2 out splicers combined.
  1. Add the 3-inch black jumper wire between the first 2 splicers on the ends with 2 terminals.

3-inch black jumper wire added to 2 of the splicers
  1. Connect a Black - 4.8mm female spade crimp terminal wire to the singular terminal on the first splicer.

  1. Connect a 12-inch black jumper wire from the first terminal on the first splicer on the side with two terminals.

Black jumper wire connected to the first combined splicer.
  1. Connect a 12-inch red jumper wire from the first terminal on the third splicer on the side with two terminals.

Red jumper wire connected to the third combined splicer.
  1. Route the red and black 12-inch jumper wires through the battery bracket pocket holder then through the wire trap on the ROVERHAT-PCB riser tray. Insert the red wire into the positive port on the terminal block and the black wire into the negative port on the terminal block of the ROVERHAT-PCB.
