Elbow Mount Assembly

This page describes how to assemble 4 elbow mount assemblies to be used in the frame assembly.

Slide the plastic edges of the assembled motor plate fully into the grooves of the lower body elbow mount.

Slide the upper body elbow mount on to the remaining exposed edges of the Assembled Motor Plate and leave it about half ways down as illustrated below.

Loosely add the M4 x16 mm screws along with the M4 nylon lock nuts to the elbow mount assembly by:

  1. Inserting a Short Tube into the opening opposite the letter on the elbow mount assembly. Ensure that the holes on the tube are rotated away from the posts on the elbow mount assembly.

  1. Press down the upper body elbow mount until its posts are pressed against the tube.

  1. Add an M4 x16mm screw along with an M4 nylon lock nut to each of the holes on the elbow mount assembly and tighten just enough to where the M4 nylon lock nut catches the M4 x16mm screw.

Remove the short tube from the elbow mount assembly and repeat step 1-3 for the remaining 3 elbow mount assemblies.
